Phil came out this afternoon right on time, and had our septic tank pumped out in under 50 minutes, including getting the lid off prior to starting and then replacing it when finished. He let us know what the condition of our tank was from his visual assessment. Turns out we have a damaged lid and he told us how to remedy that. His price for the job is very reasonable, especially for his level of professionalism and his thoroughness. We were having an issue with our septic tank and I called and left a message. Phil called back and was very understanding and helpful in trying to help. He scheduled our pump out appt for as soon as possible. When he arrived he was friendly and he worked fast and fixed our issue we were having. He told me to call if there are any other issues and he is willing to help us out. I appreciated his kindness and understanding and will definitely use him again.
